Pro-Life/Pro-Choice rant

I absolutely hate the term Pro-Life.

You are either Pro-Choice or Anti-Choice.

Most Pro-Lifers do not care after the child is born. They argue and fight for the fetus/child/whatever term but once it’s out they don’t care. They do not help a child that is born into a financially unstable situation get fed and cared for. They do not help pay for the medical attention the child may need due to any sort of health defect or illness or anything that can possibly kill them. They do not save children from abusive homes. As far as I know, they only care up until the fetus is out of the womb.

What I hate most is that they claim they are Pro-Life but they disregard how the child may affect the person’s life. And I say person because GUESS WHAT? WOMEN AREN’T THE ONLY ONES WHO GET PREGNANT.

Don’t you dare tell me you are Pro-Life when you so openly want to ruin the lives of others who aren’t your precious unborn fetus.

I’m honestly tired of people totally forgetting that there are trans* MEN who are capable of becoming pregnant.

Does no one realize how pregnancy will affect them? They wouldn’t want to carry a child because they are MEN and that’s how they want to be seen and thought of and most people associate pregnancy with women and people would see them as women and think of them as women even when corrected because LOOK THEY’RE PREGNANT THEY MUST BE A WOMAN when they are certainly not. As well, it could cause dysphoria in the individual.

And there may be other ways that a pregnancy could affect a trans* man but I am not completely aware of them all. I was just tired of people excluding them and just thinking ‘WOMEN WOMEN WOMEN’

Taking away abortion isn’t just taking away the right and choice of women, it’s taking away the choice of men as well, believe it or not.

And don’t you dare bring your religion into your opinion.
It makes you look like an uneducated asshole.

Tell me why abortion shouldn’t be legal in all 50 states without bringing religion into it and maybe we’ll talk.
